This place was busy and for good reason... the bar was lively and the people seemed to be enjoying themselves. The wait was an hour, but since we were vacationing and not in a rush, we felt it was worth our wait to be seated. Some of the negative reviews dated back in the early days, but all I see now are positive reviews. The service was excellent despite how busy it was.

Cesar's Bar action
This place was busy and for good reason... the bar was lively and the people seemed to be enjoying themselves. The wait was an hour, but since we were vacationing and not in a rush, we felt it was worth our wait to be seated. Some of the negative reviews dated back in the early days, but all I see now are positive reviews. The service was excellent despite how busy it was.
